How the consultation works

  1. Booking. You choose a free time and pay online through Paynow, by BLIK or an online transfer from a Polish bank. The time is held for 15 minutes while you pay.
  2. Confirmation. After the payment you receive an email with the date, the Google Meet link or the phone details, the terms of service and a calendar file. One hour before the consultation you get a short reminder.
  3. Documents. You can attach letters, contracts or decisions in the booking form, or send them before the call to biuro@stasik-kancelaria.pl. I read them before the consultation.
  4. The call. I do not charge by the minute. I book 60 minutes for the call, which is how long a consultation usually takes. You talk directly to me, attorney-at-law Bartosz Stasik, in English. Everything you tell me is protected by legal professional privilege.

Rescheduling and cancellation

The link to change your booking is in the confirmation email. Until 23:59 Polish time on the day before the consultation you can move it to another free time or cancel it and get the full PLN 350 back. If you cancel on the day of the consultation, the fee is not refunded. You can then propose another date by replying to the email. Details in the terms of service.

Key terms in English

This is a summary of the terms of service. The binding version is the Polish one.

  • Service. An oral legal consultation by attorney-at-law Bartosz Stasik on Google Meet or by phone, in English. It does not include drafting documents, written opinions or representation, which need a separate agreement.
  • Fee and payment. PLN 350 gross including VAT, paid in advance through Paynow (operator: mBank S.A.). An invoice is issued on request.
  • Contract. The agreement is concluded when the payment is confirmed. You then receive the confirmation and the terms of service in PDF by email.
  • Missed consultation. If you do not join the Google Meet call or do not answer the phone within 15 minutes of the booked time, the consultation is forfeited and the fee is not refunded.
  • Rescheduling and cancellation. Free of charge, with a full refund, until 23:59 Polish time on the day before the consultation. On the day of the consultation the fee is not refunded and a new date requires my consent.
  • Right of withdrawal (consumers). Once the consultation has taken place, the agreement can no longer be withdrawn from, because you request performance before the 14-day period ends. Until then a consumer may withdraw within 14 days of concluding the agreement by sending a statement by email or post. The consumer then pays for the services performed up to the withdrawal, in particular reserving the time, preparing for the consultation and reviewing the documents sent.
  • Complaints. By email or post. I reply within 14 days.
  • Law. Polish law applies.
